Ukity — Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain Ukity Premium and how billing works. They form

part of our Terms of Service.

1. Plans

Ukity offers premium access through:

• Ukity Premium (Monthly) — an auto-renewing subscription

(store product ukity_premium_monthly), priced at (available on request)

(indicatively €3.99/month); and

• Ukity Premium (Lifetime) — a one-time, non-consumable purchase

(store product ukity_premium_lifetime), priced at (available on request)

(indicatively €29.99).

Free use remains available with limits (for example, on history and daily

entries); Premium unlocks the full experience. Exact prices and currencies are

shown in the app at purchase and depend on your store and region.

2. Billing is handled by the app stores

All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play using

your store account. We never receive or store your payment-card details.

Purchases are subject to the store's terms in addition to these.

3. Auto-renewal (Monthly plan)

The Monthly plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you

turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your store account

is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. The Lifetime plan

is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

4. Manage or cancel

Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account:

• Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Google: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid

period. **Deleting the Ukity app or your Ukity account does not cancel a

subscription** — you must cancel through the store.

5. Restore purchases

You can restore previous purchases from the store on a new device. If a store

purchase is restored on a different Ukity account, the associated entitlement

moves to the account that restored it.

6. Free trials and offers

If we offer a free trial or introductory price, its terms are shown at purchase.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at

the standard price.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store under its policies:

• Apple: request via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google: request via the Play Store.

Where mandatory consumer law (for example in the EU/UK, Québec or Türkiye) gives

you additional withdrawal or refund rights, those rights apply.

8. Price and plan changes

We may change prices or plans for future periods. Where required, we will give

advance notice and, for auto-renewing plans, obtain any consent required before a

price increase takes effect. Changes do not affect the period you have already

paid for.

9. Entitlement verification

Purchases are verified with the store before premium features unlock. If

verification is temporarily unavailable, premium access may be delayed until it

completes.

10. Taxes

Prices shown may include or exclude tax depending on your region and store

rules; available on request where applicable.
