Ukity — AI Transparency Notice

We want to be clear and honest about where automated processing is — and is not —

used in Ukity.

1. Your identity portrait is NOT third-party AI

Your identity portrait (the eight traits, metrics, wellbeing, weekly rhythm and

daily archetype) is calculated by a **deterministic, rule-based engine that runs

on our own servers**. It applies transparent scoring weights to your own

check-ins and reflections. No third-party artificial intelligence is used,

and the same inputs always produce the same output — it is explainable and

reproducible, not a "black box" and not a psychological assessment.

2. Where an insight feature is used

Some narrative features generate written text from your entries:

• daily reflection notes and mood-pattern observations;
• weekly and monthly reports;
• personal-growth suggestions;
• the astrology reflection (if you enable astrology);
• the wellness reflection shown after an optional face check-in;
• wording for shareable story cards.

**By default, this text is produced by a local, in-house component and no data

is sent to any third-party AI provider.**

3. If we enable a third-party AI provider

Ukity is built so that, in the future, we may route these narrative features to a

third-party AI provider ((available on request)). **We will only do this after

updating this notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.** If enabled,

the following would apply:

• What would be sent: the relevant inputs for the feature — for example your

reflection text, your mood log and notes, onboarding answers, the **text

summary** of a face check-in (calm/tired/etc.), your display name and language.

Your face photo itself is not sent to the text AI provider.

• Training use: whether the provider may use submitted content to train its

models is (available on request) and will be stated here before we

enable it.

• Location / transfers: processing may occur outside your country under

appropriate safeguards.

4. Optional face-analysis provider

The optional face check-in is analyzed by a **local, in-house component by

default; your photo is not** sent to an external analysis provider. If we

ever configure an external face-analysis provider ((available on request)), we

will update this notice and the Privacy Policy first.

5. Limits of automated outputs

Automated text can be wrong, incomplete or not applicable to you. It is for

self-reflection only and is not professional advice. Do not rely on it for

medical, psychological, financial, legal or other important decisions. Every

prompt used by the insight feature is instructed to avoid diagnosis and clinical

labels and to encourage reaching out to a professional in situations of distress

— but automated safeguards are not perfect. See the **Wellness & Reflection

6. Your choices

• The narrative features draw on entries you choose to make; you can stop using

a feature (for example, astrology or the face check-in) at any time.

• You can export and delete your data (see the Privacy Policy and the

Account & Data Deletion page).

• You can send feedback or report an unhelpful or inaccurate output to
